tigerfortToday I had my "telephone triage appointment" for my knee. This consisted of someone ringing me and arranging an in-person triage appointment for about three weeks' time.
Presumably, this keeps the time anyone spends on a particular waiting list below some magic threshold, thus making sure that they don't get their funding slashed.
