Playing for the other team

I said in my last post that the fort had moved (implicitly from the Shires) to Dol Amroth. It occurs to me, however, that given Taruithorn's traditional alignment, it's more likely we've moved from somewhere near Cirith Ungol down to the Bay of Belfalas or nearby parts. (But not Umbar, because logically that must be Penzance, because everyone knows that's where the Pirates come from.)

Of course, those of us not in Taruithorn have no idea where you've moved to :) good luck with getting the new house tamed!

...It has never before occurred to me, in all those many years of wishing "confusion to Minas Tirith", just what the implications of our light-hearted toast were! I feel like someone in some kind of satirical movie, you know, the footsoldier who suddenly turns to her comrade and asks "Shagruk, are we the *bad guys*?!?"
